Pilates and Yoga Classes
- Are you looking to get lean without using dumbbells, barbells, or working out on heavy bulky machines? Discover how you can transform your body with Pilates. Come enjoy a non-impact, safe and effective workout designed for everyone - young, old, athletic, or sedentary. Pilates strengthens muscles as well as improves flexibility, balance, and posture. Watch your body tone and re-form with each class. Your mind and body will love the way it looks and feels and you will love the results! Please wear comfortable clothing and, if you have a mat, please bring one. We do have mats available for use. Please also bring a small towel. Hatha Yoga
Take charge of your body; don't let it take charge of you!
This is THE class you may not even know you need! If you are brand new or a yoga veteran, this class is open to everyone because it can do so much for you! Enjoy the endless benefits of yoga as Liz moves you through poses proven to reduce your blood pressure and build your core strength while improving your spinal health, your immune and lymphatic system, your breathing, and your overall future health! Get ready to focus on you and your flexibility, relaxation, concentration, and body awareness. Bring an open mind and wear comfortable clothes; wear your shoes to class, but you will remove them for class. You can wear socks or go barefoot. Mats are provided or you may bring your own.
