Location: Start and Finish at the Community Recreation Center, 333 W. Dundee Road , Wheeling, IL 60090
Date: Sunday, July 18, 2010
Team Check-In / Gear Check: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM
Pre-Race Mtg.: 6:45 AM
Race Start: 8:00 AM
Registration: $150 per team
The Rattlesnake Ramble Adventure Race will cover apprximately 40-50 miles in the Wheeling / Cook & Lake County areas.
Co-ed teams of three will race to complete the entire course in the shortest amount of time. Racers will test their skills of biking, orienteering, canoeing, and running. Awards will be given to the top three finishing teams. At the Pre-Race meeting, racers will be provided with maps and a booklet explaining rules and the racecourse. Team will have until 4 PM to complete the course.
