WPD Field Rental

Field Reservation Procedures
The Wheeling Park District owns and operates various athletic fields and courts which are available for rental. Call our Facility Clerk at (847)465-7776 for more information.

Persons or groups wishing to rent a field or court may apply according to the following procedures:

1. Complete and sign a Facility Request Form. Do not include payment.
   Full payment is due upon approval of request.
2. Submit form to the CRC. The request will be evaluated for appropriateness, availability of facility, and availability of staff.
3. If request is approved, the reservation agreement will be completed and the applicant notified. Applicant will sign the agreement form and submit full payment of fees.
4. Requests will be processed in the order of receipt.
5. The approval process may take up to 10 days, so please plan accordingly.
6. Reservation requests may be submitted up to three months prior to the requested date.

Note: Wheeling Park District programs and activities have first priority. School District #21 and Wheeling High School requests have second priority.

The Wheeling Park District may pre-empt in an emergency. Alternate accommodations will be made.
