The WPD Fitness Center continually strives to offer activities and programs for beginners to seniors in order to create a comfortable environment for exercise.

Jazzercise
Join the original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute class offers a blend of jazz dance and exercise science choreographed to today's hottest music - top 40, jazz, country, funk, and classics. This class combines a cardiovascular workout with resistance training and stretching to increase muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance using east-to-follow, fun movements. Belly Dancing
Want to experience the latest craze in dance exercise? Come join the fun in this non-impact class for all ages, shapes, and sizes. Not only is this a great dance to learn, it tones muscles and burns calories while exploring new ways to move your body. You will feel good inside and out. Class begins with deep yoga style breathing to enhance the experience and truly relax the body and mind into performing rhythmic movements to encourage fun and self-expression.

Hatha Yoga
Stress have you tied up in knots? Enjoy the multiple benefits of yoga. Regain and retain youthful flexibility in muscles and joints. Replace tension with useful energy. Yoga promotes strength, flexibility, relaxation, self-awareness and better concentration – exercise for the body and mind! This form of exercise benefits not only the musculo-skeletal system, but also the digestive, respiratory, circulatory, glandular and central nervous systems. Yoga is noncompetitive and you work at your own pace and level. Bring a mat, or use one of ours.

Beginning Pilates
Come enjoy a non-impact, safe and effective workout designed for everyone; young, old, athletic, or sedentary. Pilates strengthens muscles as well as improves flexibility, balance and posture. Watch your body tone and re-form with each class. Your mind and body will love the way it looks and feels – you will love the results! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat as well as a small towel. Instructor is Pilates certified and holds many other national fitness certifications with a solid understanding of nutrition, physiology and anatomy.

Pilates
If you are ready to take your Pilates experience to the next level, or are currently involved in a fitness program, this is the class for you. Pilates will increase your core strength, flexibility, circulation, range of motion, stability, and balance. Tone and shape the body while relieving stress and tension. Instructor is Pilates certified and holds many other national fitness certifications with a solid understanding of nutrition, physiology, and anatomy. Pilates rings, balls, and bands may be used. Equipment provided by instructor.

Teen Pilates
Learn to live with more grace, confidence, and strength. This Pilates course incorporates some power yoga exercises for a great all-around workout. Tone your abs and gain strength and flexibility while spending time with your peers. Workout, listen to fun music, and get fit!

Fitness Kickboxing
Achieve the physical condition of a professional kickboxer without the bumps and bruises. This is a NON-CONTACT class. Learn the techniques of boxing and kicking while participating in a fun, high-energy, well-supervised workout. Kickboxing uses every major muscle of the body and is highly effective for developing cardiovascular fitness and body fat reduction. Learn the fundamentals of the sport while burning those calories!

Fit to a Tee – One-on-One Golf Conditioning
Reach your potential! 8 one-on-one sessions with a nationally certified golf specialist will improve the golf athlete by developing flexible and strong muscles to generate power, speed, endurance, and toughness to maintain focus for 18 holes, and good posture, balance, and stabilization to achieve proper ball contact and prevent injury. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, golf skill, and ages. Fee includes golf fitpack consisting of a stability ball and resistance band.
