Wheeling Park District Youth Dance

A multitude of cultural arts programs are available to school-aged children. Dance, music, pottery, drama, drawing, and craft programs are all offered in an inexpensive, fundamental lesson-style atmosphere. This allows children to experience a variety of medium prior to choosing to focus on one primary skill area.
