Malibu Park 1500 Chippewa Trail 1.091 Acres
The land that became Malibu Park was originally used as a soil stockpile site during the construction of the subdivision. After the area was cleaned up and seeded, the Park District accepted the 1.091 acres as a donation from the developer in 1984.
