Kids Fitness Classes: We help kids find their own strong, their own way.

Being a STRONGKid means developing every part of one's self. Through physical exercise and learning how to make good fitness decisions, a STRONGKid develops social, emotional and cognitive skills that apply at home, at school and at play. The goal of this program is for kids to learn that staying fit and active has a positive impact on every area of life. See the current program guide for more details.

Zumba Kids

Age: 4-13 yrs
This fast-forward fusion of the Zumba program's moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop, and more) is designed to let kids max out on fun and fitness at the same time. (Zumba Kids is offered at the same time as Zumba for adults!)
