Summer Camp Registration

REGISTRATION STEPS

  1. All campers must register online
  2. Complete all required information for your camper. Once you have registered for summer camp you will receive an email from CampDocs. All CampDoc forms must be fully completed prior to the start of camp. Failure to complete all forms will result in being ineligible to participate. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance may be available to Wheeling Park District residents. Please call 847-465-3333 with questions or to learn more about the program.

 

PARENT HANDBOOK
Parent handbooks will be emailed to all camp enrollees.

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Campers must be registered by 7 pm, the Wednesday prior to the session start date to avoid the $25 late fee.

 

CAMP REFUND POLICY
To withdraw from a session of camp and receive a refund, a request must be submitted by the Thursday prior to the start of the session. A $25 per camper service charge is applied to all refund requests.
