Camp Counselor

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate of a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Education or related field.
  • 21+

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior Camp supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of a camp program and activities.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid Illinois Driver’s License.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory position

HOURS:

  • 38 – 40 Hours per week. Must be available prior to summer to interview, hire, and train staff. Must be available all nine (9) weeks of summer camp.

RATE OF PAY:

  • $18.00 per hour
