This Expo brings a vast array of organizations and services designed for seniors under one roof, right in our neighborhood. More than 20 companies and organizations will be in attendance

INTERESTING IN HAVING YOUR ORGANIZATION PARTICIPATE IN THE EXPO?

We would like to invite your organization to share your information with the attendees.  An 8-foot table with 2 chairs will be provided.   In exchange for this we require you to either provide a raffle prize for our raffle drawing held that day or some sort of treat or snack for our goodie table (average size of about 15-20 servings)

Children are welcome to spend a bewitching afternoon at the CRC (Creepy Reeky Castle) filled with spook-tacular fun! Decorate your own pumpkin and create a craft.
Enjoy a magic show, carnival games, a balloonist and inflatables. It’s all free and kid friendly! Limited number of pumpkins available and are on a first-come, first-serve
basis.

Boonanza is a great opportunity to expose your organization to families in the greater Wheeling area. Organizations and businesses are invited to come host a table and pass out candy.

Spend the afternoon with friends at this spooky holiday-themed event! Kids will have the opportunity to decorate Halloween themed cookies and a cupcake with the help of our staff. Kids will also have fun doing crafts and dancing to music!

The Wheeling Park District Board of Commissioners would like to invite residents and their families to a free feast at Chevy Chase Country Club. The event features a traditional Thanksgiving-style meal and crafts for the little ones. The event is free, but canned food and cash donations are accepted. Donations go to the Wheeling Food Pantry and the Wheeling Park District Financial Assistance Program.
