Guest Service Representative
The Guest Service Representative is responsible for greeting and assisting guests.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer High School or further Education
- Previous office or customer service experience helpful but not necessary
- CPR/AED certification preferred.
- General computer skills.
- Ability to deal with guests diplomatically, handle conflict appropriately and answer questions regarding Park District operations.
The work week shall be designated by the Guest Service Manager as necessary to provide proper service and support to internal and external guests. The number of hours will be an average of 10-15 per week for midday, evening, and weekend hours.
RATE OF PAY:
$13 – $15
Part-Time Staff have the choice of an Individual Outdoor Pool Membership OR Individual Health & Fitness Membership (which includes use of the indoor pool) during the employment period.
