Wheeling Park District asks that guests to all WPD social media pages be respectful in your comments.
We reserve the right to remove anything deemed:
• Abusive or a personal attack
• Unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful or embarrassing to any other entity
• Third party advertising
• Chain letter or ‘spam’ or a potential scam
• Language inappropriate for a family and community-focused site
• Information that is factually incorrect

WPD also reserves the right to terminate involvement by users who post such content. The views and opinions expressed on the Wheeling Park District Facebook page do not necessarily represent those of the Park District. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information posted by external parties. For your safety, never include your phone number, email, mailing address or other personal information in a post. Individual privacy settings may not prevent your comments from being viewed by a general audience.

PHOTO POLICY

Periodically, photos and video of Park District programs and activities, classes or events, and properties are used by WPD for marketing materials including electronic, print, video and audio channels and online. By registering for a class or attending or participating in an activity, or using WPD property, you authorize the use of your image or your child’s for Park District purposes without prior notice or permission and without compensation. The Park District is not responsible for images shared by others through social media or other channels.
