Youth Circuit Training


A fun full-body strength and core class using a variety of strength training equipment such as TRX, Bosu, stability balls, bands, medicine balls and dumbbells along with a mix of cardio exercise. Participants will combine simple and compound exercises to strengthen muscles, burn calories, and ignite the metabolic system. The program will meet once a week and utilize our Health and Fitness Center, Indoor Track, and Heritage Park.
