Youth Circuit Training
A fun full-body strength and core class using a variety of strength training equipment such as TRX, Bosu, stability balls, bands, medicine balls and dumbbells along with a mix of cardio exercise. Participants will combine simple and compound exercises to strengthen muscles, burn calories, and ignite the metabolic system. Participants utilize the Health and Fitness Center and Indoor Track. No Class March 30.
