Youth Sports Conditioning
This class offers safe and effective training for youth athletes looking to enhance their abilities. The program will focus on developing speed, strength and fundamental athletic skills. Participants will be taught proper training methods they can use to prevent injury in the future. Participants utilize the Health and Fitness Center and Indoor Track. This program will not only make you faster and stronger but will help you gain confidence and improve overall athleticism. No class on March 29.
