Youth Strength & Agility Training
This six week program will help athletes become stronger, faster and more agile. Participants will learn proper technique for fundamental strength training exercises and agility drills, which they will be able to use in the future. This class will also improve lateral and explosive movements. Athletes will meet once every week and utilize our Health and Fitness Center. Come join us to sharpen your skills while having fun!
