Youth Winter Basketball
Designed to promote sportsmanship and teamwork, all levels focus on understanding and enjoying the game. There is no season-ending tournament for any division. Leagues may combine with neighboring Park District’s to increase the number of teams. All players must have a Wheeling Park District reversible jersey, available for purchase at the guest service desk at the Community Recreation Center. $20 late fee will apply for all registrations after
