INDOOR POOL SCHEDULE

GROUP SWIM LESSONS

Ratio of students is 1:4 (Levels 1–2), 1:6 (Levels 3-6), and 1:8 (Levels 7-8). Instructors work very hard to give students equal attention.

SWIM LESSON LATE FEE:
A $10 late fee will be assessed for any registrations received after the registration deadline.

SWIM LESSON WITHDRAWAL FEE:
A $5 withdrawal fee per enrollment will be assessed on any approved withdrawals. The fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.

SWIM LESSONS REFUND POLICY:
All refunds need to be requested at least one week before the start of the first class. With a few exceptions (such a long-term illness or injury with a doctor’s note) refunds will not be provided once the first class of the session begins. Refunds are not provided for the value of one lesson if you miss or don’t show up for a day in a session.

SWIM LESSONS TRANSFER POLICY:
If your schedule changes after you register and you’d like to transfer from one class to another, please submit a transfer request form with Guest Services at least one week before the first class.

SWIM LESSON WAITLIST POLICY:
Waitlist placements are reserved for swimmers not currently enrolled in a class for the session. Each swimmer may be waitlisted for 1 class per session.

SWIM LESSONS MAKE-UP POLICY:
There are no make-ups for missed classes. Sessions typically run back to back. Make-ups cannot be done on a different day, or time than what you signed up for as each class has a maximum capacity assigned with the number of instructors pre-scheduled.
