Chevy Chase Country Club Exterior Renovation

The Wheeling Park District is excited to begin the exterior renovation of Chevy Chase Country Club. The renovation will maintain the historical and architectural significance of this cherished community asset. Some of the improvements include:

  • Removal of deteriorated caddy shack.
  • Replacing deteriorated exterior cladding and roofing to address water infiltration and improve thermal performance.
  • Utilize modern building materials for a uniform appearance that maintains the original Tudor-style character of the building.
